3. The PTC Fan Heater uses the heat quickly emitted from the surface of the PTC element or the heat-conducting plate to directly or indirectly stimulate the far-infrared coating or far-infrared material in contact with its surface to radiate infrared rays, thereby forming a PTC ceramic infrared radiation heater.
